My first active wk back to spore from taiwan. I'm beginning to feel physically n spiritually exhausted. On my way back camp, back frm helping mich play for her cg. Tis wk, i got requests frm 3cgs(bro jo's cc, mich, n paul) to help em play. Mon n tue was my off day to compensate my trip. Wed nite played for cc, tonight for mich, tmr choir prac n sat one full day for me. Am really tired.. Feeling kinda unhappy but i need to balance n reflect on my attitude as well. Smsed sharon to voice my frustrations n she reminded me tt i need to b happy serving e Lord. I rmb tt i wanted to play for cgs badly in e past. Now given e opportunity, i'm actually grumbling bout it. But now its balance VS attitude. Gotta get my attitude right n balance also. Must learn to say no cuz tis is my weakest area. Well.. Hope tt tis sat's cg, i'll b all charged up n rdy to b back in a big bang! Keep me in prys..

Thanks JO zone! Had a mtg today n e ldrs celebrated my bdae for me. They bought me a SKIN top. Its a tattered top w a bold n loud print. They bought me tis green cake. Though it doesn't taste nice, but i'm touched by the fellowship. Sharon gave me another present too. She bought me a dirty green affliction top. Tink its quite ex de. Its loud too but i tink quite nice. Tks for everything.. Went to funan today n got my new laptop! My 1st laptop. Dad bought for me n paid $1.7k n i topped it up to $2.3k.

Had so much fun last nite. Jin na n kim were celebrating w me in town. They suprised me by buying an ice-cream cone w a candle from swensens n sang me a wonderful bdae song! I was almost moved to tears. After everything, of cuz i have to perform a dare. Kim messed my face up w ice-cream n i have to finish e entire scoop w one mouth! Though its my speciality in eating, but its BRAIN-FREEZING! But its really happy la. They further tortured me by making me wet at e taka fountain. Haha, naughty win made jin wet too. No escapes! Sharon gave me a suprise call to wish me too. I'm so blessed to noe all of u. So far i've gotten a fossil watch, topman voucher n a laptop from dad. I'm lookin fwd to my party on sat. C u der!

ALL ABOUT TAIWAN

I was in Taiwan, Kaohsiung on the 8 - 23 Sep for military exercise training in Zuoying Naval Base. Its really a fun trip. Here are my observations about this lovely place.

• Pretty gals - You can almost find them everywhere. Their gals are so well-dressed. Courteous and sharp looking. Perhaps its Jap-influenced. 8 out of 10 are appealing.
• Good customer service - They all have such great attitudes. They will serve you to the best. Even if u don't buy anything. They will also talk to you like their friends. Even the locals are friendly when you ask for directions on the road.
• Roads - Left-hand drive for cars. Therefore you have to look left first before you cross the road orelse you'll be in trouble(in spore, u look right first b4 u cross). And also, their roads have an extra lane for motorcycles(scooters)
• Bing Lang a.k.a bitter nut - They have this thing everywhere. Its like a nut wrapped with a leaf. They chew and they gotta spit it out. That's why their roads are full of choc stains everywhere. Its suppose to give u a "high" feeling after eating it.
• No bins - Litters everywhere. No public bins. However, their rubbish truck is quite cool. There's a melody and you can hear it from far when they come to collect rubbish. How ironic rite?
• Sun - The weather's eccentric. Spore's humidity. Their's is scorching heat. Even when the wind blows, u can literally feel the heal from the wind.
• Taxis - Bargainable. But still very costly. Starting fare ard $3. Much more than spore. And a normal trip will cost abt $10 at least.
• Fashion - Very J-pop. Cheap shoes.
• High smoke rate - Everyone smokes! From students in school uniform to soldiers in camp! No yellow box etc. Therefore, very environmental unfriendly.
• Bubble Tea - Its everywhere! Lots of varities and its cheap! Ranges from $1 - $2.50. However you gotta add pearl cuz by default there's no pearl in it. But when they give, its A LOT!
• Toilets - Mostly squatting. You cant flush your toilet paper in. You have to throw it into this bin in the cubicle and the person who clears this... gd luck. A bin full of shity papeer! yucks..
• Sunrise - As early as 5am, the day's bright. but of cuz... by 5pm+, evening sets in
• Motorcycles - Lots of them. Its like China's mode of transport is bicycle but in taiwan, its scooter. Its everywhere and cheap. Even students ride to school. 

Bought loads of stuffs.. from t-shirts, shoes, bags to food. And of cuz, i had the privilege to snap with some pretty gals in taiwan. I dun mind gg back there again. Miss u taiwan!

I'm at sharon's place now. Juz had a great ldr's mtg. Sharon inspired us to be great ldrs for God. To think abt it, i better start treasuring all these moments. I'll nv know when i'll leave her and build my own kingdom. Den i'll be on my own le. Really appreciate all her excellence spirits tt she taught us thru the yrs.

Will be flying off to taiwan tmr. Heard tt the cg's coming over to T1 to send me off.. Haha.. excited.. but den if i got a gf to come send me... *dreamzz... haha... *WAKE UP!!! lol.. Will be away for 2wks +.. I'm sure tt the cg will really grow. Quite confident tt the cg will grow and my grp will be so different from the rest. Nv take God's pple for granted. I wan to lead these pple the best i noe how..

yest was out wif jin na germaine. went lau pa sat to makan.. the guys were suggesting if we can go for a holidae.. well, as much as i wan to.. cannot la! got cg...1st its ndp.. den brunei..den taiwan... cannot la.. muz really spend time wif them ma.. haha... must make up for time lost..

well, joanne spoke bout multiplying.. in my heart... half happy n sad...

1st, can be cgl of cuz i'm glad but tt would jeopardize us gg back to CL zone. well.. God, u come n intervene k?

Ex Sealight(Taiwan) 8-23 Sep i'll be away again for my final trip before i can finally say tt its over n fully concentrate on my cg. These few days busy upon my 21st invitation list. I've close to 100 on my list. Party's at 30th Sep, Cashew Hts, uncle willie's function rm. Thank God i'll b back on time.
